Our, eHealthVitals® (ehv), customers privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information gathering and dissemination practices, based on our services to our customers.

The Information We Collect & how we use:

Any information on personal and health related, been collected or gathered during the process of your enrollment or engagement during and after the course of our services to our customers is used to customize our service experiences to our customers and is not to be shared or sold to any third parties, for any reason, except as expressed in this privacy policy and our Terms of use.

ehv, the company, reserves right to view all the data for the purpose of providing the services to our customers, to fix the issues in our software platform, to look for any unlawful or illegal or derogatory or unethical or for any infringements or other inappropriate material, as has been found necessary. we will not share or transfer the data or content of customer to anyone, other than to what is been authorized or agreed group or parties.

Our Commitment to Data Security:

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data integrity, accuracy and to ensure correct use of information provided, gathered, generated and accumulated, we have put in place appropriate data security procedures to safeguard and secure the data at our cloud servers and during the exchanges. We suggest our customers also secure all the credentials for the access of our services, during exchanges with personnel other than all respective service providers. which will have considerable amount of protected information. ehv provides HIPAA Compliant Amazon Web Services (AWS) ® support for customers who must comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and standards surrounding the storage of Protected Health Information (PHI) in AWS as part of Amazon’s cloud services used by ehv.

In the event of any personal information is compromised as a result of breach of security, Company, ehv, will promptly notify all those persons, whose information is compromised, and corrective action is made, as per the procedures set forth in the privacy policy or as required by applicable law. In case customer observes that due to their actions any data security breach happened, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the company to protect.

Notifications:

It is our policy to provide notifications, as required by law or for service / business related purposes or for marketing or for introducing new features or practices or procedures, to our customers / users via e-mail, or through the software service platform, or written or hardcopy notices or posting such notices conspicuously posted on the software platform or on company, ehv, website, as determined by the company, ehv, in our sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company, ehv, reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing the notifications to our customers.

Child Protection:

The company, ehv, though serves to all age groups of people, including the people under the age of 13, as per the requirements for the domain where we provide the services. We as company in compliance of children’s online privacy protection law, will ask the parent or guardian to be responsible and accountable to all their / guarding children under 13 age group privacy protection. If we find that this is not adhering to then we will block publishing of information and if allowed under law, will take up the matter with respective care providers or professional and will follow for the medical services be in uninterrupted manner.
